Brand new with original sales tag, this is what makes it rare and unique. A google search turns up no New With Tag Jackets like this one from this Collaboration are available for sale at ANY price.
Original Tag shows price was $39.99. I cannot find date of manufacture online but with that original price we know it’s old. From what I found, it may be from the 80’s or 90’s. I don’t know for sure.
