Metamorphose skirt is missing the bloomers it was released with. No damages outside of both skirts being lint magnets.
Both skirts come with waist ties and can fit a 23-26.5’’ inch waist comfortably, can possibly accommodate an inch or two larger or smaller than this but I couldn’t guarantee a comfortable fit.
